Experience the official opening night of Belvédère’s Story Depot at Fenix.
Story House Belvédère will be showcasing its story collection and the collections of people and communities in its new, private (open) depot space at Fenix. It will open its doors daily at Veerlaan 21b, starting from Museumnacht010. Discover the Chinese Girl Collection with Fenmei Hu and others, TOF Rotterdam with Kèrèn Vromen & Aron Lendvai, the ‘Wederopbouwkinderen’ stories of Rotterdam post-war artists as Dolf Henkes, Wally Elenbaas, the stories of Teun Hocks, the Akinwole, Van der Mee, and Pelger families...
This night marks the opening of the new exhibition Cartinha da Holanda, featuring work by Cape Verdean artists Alex da Silva, Tchale Figueira, Franklin Lopes, Janilda Bartolomeu, Nuno de Miranda, Jorge Lizardo and others. There will also be special Belvédère Museum Night tours featuring storytellers, performances, the art of drag, and various meet & greets.
