I purchased a scarf in the ticketshop. Where and when can I pick it up?

You can collect your pre-ordered scarf on 7 March at the Maritime Museum Rotterdam. This can be done during regular opening hours during the day or in the evening during Museumnacht1010. The pick-up point is situated at the Maritime Museum's museumshop. 

Please note that shipping is not available nor is pick up after Museumnacht010.

Where do I buy a ticket for Museumnacht010?

Tickets are sold exclusively through our ticketshop. Use iDeal, VISA, or MasterCard to purchase your order. There are special offers for CJP-card and We Are Public-card holders, and children to the age of 12.

Rather purchase your ticket offline? Visit Maritiem Museum Rotterdam, Leuvehaven 1, between 10AM and 5PM on 7 March, unless the event is sold out. You can only pay by debit card, and get your wristband right away. The wristband gives access to all participating venues.

Where do I exchange my e-ticket for a wristband?

Avoid queuing up, get your wristband prior to the event: exchange your e-ticket at one of the participating venues during their regular opening hours on 7 March. Avoid closed doors, check opening hours on their website. Close to Central Station? You can also get your wristband at Rotterdam Tourist Information at Stationsplein 21 exclusively from 09:30 to 17:30. 

Prefer to get your wristband during Museumnacht010? Exchange your e-ticket for a wristband at the first venue you’ll visit. We’re ready for you between 19:30 and 00:00. The wristband gives you access to all venues. Show your ticket on mobile, or print it at home. Bought a discounted ticket? Don’t forget to bring your CJP-card or We Are Public-card.

Ticket with CJP or We Are Public discount
Take your CJP pass or We Are Public pass with you when redeeming your e-ticket. We only check We Are Public passes at the Maritime Museum Rotterdam, CJP passes at all participating locations. If you do not have a CJP pass or We Are Public pass with you, we will charge an additional surcharge. NB! You can only pay extra at the Maritime Museum Rotterdam.

Children's ticket
A child ticket is only valid for children up to 12 years old. On Museumnacht010 you may be asked for proof of their age. If this cannot be shown, access may be denied. Please note you can only pay a supplement at the Maritime Museum Rotterdam, Leuvehaven 1.

Can I bring my kids?

Certainly! There is a discounted fee for children up to the age of 12. There are plenty of activities that kids will love.

Do I have to register for certain activities?

You don’t have to register beforehand. Show your wristband and just walk in. If there are limited spots available in certain activities, it will be stated clearly on the event page. Check the program once it is online.

Where can I go with my Museumnacht010-ticket?

This year, 30+ cultural and art institutions open their doors during Museumnacht010. Among the participants, you will find Kunsthal Rotterdam, Nederlands Fotomuseum and Maritime Museum Rotterdam. Find all participating venues on the location page.

What is the best way to get around?

The best way to explore all venues is by bike or on foot. If you happen to be by car, head to Kop op Zuid and park at Parkeergarage of De Rotterdam Wilhelminakade, or the parking lot at Hotel New York.

Coming from direction Amsterdam? It’s best to park your car at Kralingse Zoom and take public transport to Rotterdam Central station.

Is my Museumcard or Rotterdampas valid during Museumnacht010?

Due to the extended opening hours and exclusive program, your Museum Card and Rotterdampas are not valid for Museumnacht010. If you happen to have a CJP-card or a We Are Public-card, you can buy a discounted ticket in the ticketshop.

What are the ticket prices for Museumnacht010?

"Ticket sales start in February. Ticket prices and special rates are announced at that time. We offer a limited amount of Early Bird specials (first come, first serve). "

Who organises Museumnacht010?

Museumnacht010 is a collaboration of the art and cultural institutions of Rotterdam. The institutions curate their own program during the night and seek collaborations to show what Rotterdam has to offer in the field of art and culture. Museumnacht010 is managed by a small project team.

How do I get to the different locations?

The most flexible way to explore all venues is by bike or on foot. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we no longer operate special Museumnacht010 buses. Please travel responsibly by using public transport, cycling, walking, or taking an e-scooter. View our helpful overview of locations and public transport stops nearby.

Account & Favorites

Why should I create an account?

With an account, your favourites are stored on our servers. You won’t lose them when switching devices or clearing your browser. You also need an account to share your favourites list via a link.

How do I save events as favourites?

Click the heart icon on an event or ambassador. It will be added to your favourites and the count appears in the header. Click the heart again to remove an item from your favourites.

Are my favourites saved if I don’t have an account?

Without an account, favourites are stored only in your browser. They stay as long as you use the same browser and don’t clear its data. Create an account to keep them permanently and use them across devices.

How do I share my favourites with others?

Go to My favourites (via the heart in the header or the favourites page). Turn on the “Share link” toggle. You’ll get a unique link you can copy, send by email, or share via WhatsApp. Anyone with the link can see your current list and import it to their own favourites in one click.

Can I add all events from an ambassador or special route to my favourites in one go?

Yes. On an ambassador or special route page you’ll find a button to add all events at once to your favourites, so you don’t have to select them one by one.

Does the share link stay the same when I add or remove favourites?

Yes. The same link always shows your current list. If you add or remove events later, anyone opening the link will see the updated list automatically.

Can I add all favourites from a shared link in one go?

Yes. When you open someone else’s share link, you see their favourites list. At the bottom of the page you’ll find “Import to my favourites”. Use it to add all events and ambassadors from that list to your own favourites in one click. You’ll then see “Imported!” as confirmation.
