Sabine Marcelis is a Rotterdam-based artist and designer known for her minimalist visual language and strong focus on materiality. After graduating from the Design Academy Eindhoven in 2011, she developed a practice spanning product, installation and spatial design. Working with pure forms and refined gradients, she explores the sensory qualities of materials such as resin, glass and natural stone.
She has collaborated with leading brands including IKEA, Fendi and Renault. Her international impact has been recognized with multiple accolades, including ‘Designer of the Year’ titles from Dezeen Awards, Monocle, Elle Deco International Design Awards and Wallpaper*.
