Fem Fest is WORM’s annual event celebrating International Women’s Day (March 8). That’s why WORM’s Museumnacht010 orbits around the many good things feminist activism has achieved, and what still remains to be done. The night is an enticing place to explore and enjoy, but not always for women and queer beings.
Visit Sparks of Resistance, an immersive installation highlighting the people in our city and elsewhere who “resist with tenderness”. With increasing attention to gender based violence in The Netherlands we show examples of both situated and nomadic communities providing a counterweight by creating inclusive, supportive environments for FLINTA people to get together, learn new skills, express themselves, and grow in confidence.
Throughout the programme we invite you to immerse and rise into Draga Dina’s world of textures, materials and their empowering freedom.
