Artist Marlou Fernanda shares her Museumnacht010-tips with you!

Marlou Fernanda is a multidisciplinary artist working across painting, collage, mixed media and performance. Drawing from her Curaçaoan and Brazilian roots, she explores themes of identity, self-expression and claiming space. Her work—expressive, colorful and deeply personal—has evolved from figurative self-portraits and her alter ego Nu-Nu into a freer, more abstract visual language.

With exhibitions at Kunsthal Rotterdam and Stedelijk Museum Schiedam, she has developed into a distinctive voice within a new generation of artists. Her first major survey exhibition, A Time For Everything, is currently on view at Wereldmuseum Rotterdam, including during Museumnacht010.
