An ode to the beloved sculpture The Destroyed City by Ossip Zadkine, which was unveiled in Rotterdam 70 years ago. At the invitation of the Dutch embassy and Musée Zadkine in Paris, Rozemarijn Westerink (1982) made the stop-motion animation film Rêves en Ligne. She was inspired by Zadkine’s images, but also by the trees and plants in the garden of the museum, which is located in Zadkine’s former home.
