In this workshop, you’ll discover how to translate love into a personal artwork. Together, we’ll work with the Chinese character ài 愛 (love), inspired by the Made in China exhibition.
You’ll start with a brief introduction to the meaning of the character 愛 and learn how colors and flowers symbolize love in Chinese culture. Then, it’s time to get creative! Using red paint and soft pastel chalk, you’ll design your own artwork on sturdy paper, accompanied by a personal affirmation or message. Whether you create abstract shapes or add flowers, it’s all about your unique expression.
This workshop is accessible, relaxed, and suitable for everyone. No experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore your creativity. To wrap up, you’ll share your artwork with another participant and receive a small keepsake as a reminder of the experience.
